The name says it all. Take this class if you are looking to tone your tooshy. This class is great for strengthening, shaping and reducing fat from your backside.

Spin Class

Jump on one of our state of the art spin bikes and prepare to sweat. Great low impact cardio workout that targets weight loss and cardiovascular strength.  

Funkey Flex

FUNKY FLEX and OSTEO-FIT are lower impact classes that help in increasing energy, vitality, flexibility, as well as strengthen and maintain independence.
